Caterer Simmone Logue and property industry veteran Ray Sproats have put their Del Rio, Elizabeth Bay apartment to onsite weekend auction. It passed in on a $9.5m vendor bid, with Sam Green among the buyers’ agents not bidding.
It had beenrecently relisted with $9m to $9.5m guidance through Alexander Phillips and Gavin Lewis of PPD. They’d initially sought $10m at its pulled June auction.
After 14 weeks on the market, the realestate.com.au listing had 8000 page views, with an additional 1500 secured this past week.

It’s like so many other boomtime purchases now falling short. Logue and Sproats bought the Vogue-featured apartment for $11m in 2023 from Wheels & Dollbaby founder Melanie Greensmith and her rock industry partner Mark McEntee.
The two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment had been updated by interior decorator Maree Conley after trading at $4.25m in 2013.

Boasting 250sq m space with harbour glimpses through arched windows, the company title Billyard Ave apartment is in the 1928 Spanish Mission building designed by J. Spencer Stansfield. It has access to the gardens, with pool and jetty.
It was the auction finale at PPD for Phillips, who’s off with his team to temporary Moncur St premises before opening an office in the Queen St, Woollahra village. It’s understood to be Ray White Phillips & Co.
Now a first time father to Freddy with wife Brighid, his 2026 financial year tally saw 214 sales worth $1.105bn, at a $5.1m average price.
