Since its launch last year, all of Heirloom’s apartments have sold for more than $10m, with
the first sale to industry leader and Graya co-founder Rob Gray, setting a record for the
highest price ever paid per square metre in Kangaroo Point for a non-penthouse apartment when it sold for $11.05m.
The penthouse has two distinct living areas, complemented by a private 227 sqm rooftop conceived as an extension of the home.
The rooftop features a pool overlooking the Brisbane skyline, alongside separate fireside and covered formal entertaining zones, an outdoor kitchen and dining setting.

How property downturn could help hopeful buyers
Molti managing director Ben Teague said the penthouse had deliberately been held back
while they refined the final design.
“We’ve taken our time with the penthouse because it needed to be worthy of Heirloom and
worthy of this ultra-rare position in Brisbane,” Mr Teague said.
“We’ve had interest in the residence for more than 12 months and made the decision not to
release it until every element was resolved.
“What has emerged is a home that combines extraordinary privacy, scale and an outlook spanning the CBD, river and Story Bridge.
“There simply isn’t another residence like this in Brisbane, and once it is sold, it cannot be replicated.

He said the Brisbane prestige residential market continued to perform strongly, with expectations from purchasers keep rising with it.
“It’s remarkable that the number of Brisbane homes selling for more than $5m has increased by 688 per cent in five years, and there have been at least 10 sales above $10m, including all of our sales here at Heirloom.”
The penthouse is one of only two residences remaining for sale within Heirloom.

Whitefox national projects director Phillip Rand said the scarcity of the offering extended
beyond its price point.
“Buyers of this calibre are looking for properties that cannot easily be recreated, and the Heirloom penthouse is the epitome of that in Brisbane,” Mr Rand said.
“Heirloom has just five residences and occupies a position that cannot be repeated, a genuine front seat overlooking the river and city.”
Award-winning design studio Carr shaped the interiors in the Bureau Proberts building.
The building has a dedicated wellness level, inspired by leading international day spas and longevity destinations, including a gym, sauna, cold plunge and wellness spaces.
Heirloom is under construction by Graya and is scheduled to top out this month ahead of completion in May.
