Mitte’s former co-stars also paid tribute to him. Bryan Cranston played his father, Walter White, on the show, said Mitte was 14 when they met and he was cast as Walter White Jr.
Cranston said Mitte played the part with joy and enthusiasm despite dealing with cerebral palsy since birth, but never let it become an excuse. He said Mitte also met the demanding shooting schedule with great determination.
