BauMont <a href="https://industrymovement.com/real-estate-trading-exceeds-qar-387-million-in-one-week/" title="Real Estate Trading Exceeds QAR 387 Million in One Week”>Real Estate and Reve Asset Management acquire Città Sant’Angelo Outlet Village, a 29,000 sqm retail outlet near Pescara, from GWM Group.
BauMont Real Estate Capital, a pan-European real estate investment manager specialising in real estate repositioning strategies and part of M&G Real Estate, has acquired, together with Reve Asset Management, the shares of the vehicle owning Città Sant’Angelo Outlet Village, a retail outlet located near Pescara, from GWM Group.
Città Sant’Angelo Outlet Village spans over 29,000 square metres and comprises over 110 retail units, attracting approximately 1.7 million visitors annually and serving a catchment area of over 1.8 million people. Opened in 2009, the centre was further enhanced through an expansion completed in 2024, and offers 4,000 parking spaces and a mix of national and international brands.
