    The construction wait is over at these new apartment developments, which bring park-side, waterfront and inner-city living to the market this month.  

    Across the country, a diverse and impressive collection of now-complete apartment developments are offering buyers the chance to settle straight into contemporary living in some of Australia’s most sought-after locations.

    Think harbour-side city convenience, waterfront and marina views, leafy parks, lively dining precincts and easy access to public transport. 

    From Sydney’s north to inner-city Melbourne, here are the latest ready-to-move-in apartments to explore across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. 

    Aura, North Sydney: Just over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Aura by Aqualand is bringing one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments to North Sydney.  

    The development features convenient access to transit like the Metro and Sydney’s train network, in a bustling part of the city.

    Melrose Central, Melrose Park, Sydney: Located on Hope Street in Melrose Park, Melrose Central is helping create a new residential and retail hub in western Sydney.  

    The project offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with parkland and water views, plus convenient access to future light rail and local amenities as the surrounding precinct develops.  

    The Botany Waterloo, Waterloo, Sydney: With roughly 130 residences, this new project brings contemporary apartment living to the bustling Botany Road, close to Green Square, parks, cafés and the CBD.  

    The residences are designed with open-plan layouts and private outdoor spaces, while the location offers convenient inner-city connections. 

    The Cove, Pelican Waters, Sunshine Coast:In Pelican Waters, The Cove brings waterfront apartment and townhouse living to this beloved stretch of the Sunshine Coast waterfront.  

    Set within a broader master-planned community, the project is designed around landscaped spaces, marina-side amenity and a relaxed coastal lifestyle. 

    Prince & Parade, Brunswick, Melbourne: Located on Park Street in Brunswick, this new project from Mirvac sits directly across from Princes Park and close to the cafés, shops and restaurants of Sydney Road.

    The project combines two mid-rise buildings with contemporary apartments and shared spaces for connected inner-north living. 

    Fitzroy Fitzroy, Fitzroy, Melbourne:Positioned in the heart of Melbourne’s creative inner north, this new residential precinct combines apartments and terrace homes with a retained heritage façade.  

    Residents will have access to the Smith Club and a landscaped rooftop garden, while the location places the development among Fitzroy’s colourful mix of cafes, restaurants, shops and creative spaces.
