Inside Real Estate connects BoldTrail CRM to AI assistants
Inside Real Estate has launched BoldTrail MCP, allowing real estate agents, teams and brokerages to connect AI assistants with the company’s BoldTrail <a href="https://industrymovement.com/in-the-news-mike-porter-on-customer-relationships-and-business-growth-newsroom/” title=”In the News: Mike Porter on Customer Relationships and Business Growth – Newsroom”>customer relationship management platform.
The integration enables users to make requests in natural language and carry out tasks within BoldTrail. Agents can review daily priorities, retrieve contact histories, log notes, schedule follow-ups, draft and send messages, assign contacts to campaigns and identify leads that have not received recent outreach, according to a news release.
The launch builds on BoldTrail BackOffice MCP, which Inside Real Estate introduced in August. Together, the integrations are designed to give brokerages visibility across front-office and back-office operations through AI conversations, allowing users to track deals from lead conversion through closing.
“AI sits at the forefront of everything we build because it delivers measurable outcomes for our customers,” CEO Joe Skousen said. “With BoldTrail MCP, we’re already seeing incredible early use cases and ways of working that people dreamed about only a short time ago.”
The Agency adds digital advertising network
The Agency has partnered with Smartify Media to introduce digital out-of-home advertising technology at select brokerage offices. The boutique brokerage said the move will enable agents to update listing displays in real time and extend marketing efforts across a broader network of physical locations.
Smartify’s digital screens have already launched at The Agency’s select California offices in La Jolla, Malibu, Berkeley and Healdsburg. The system lets agents and teams manage listing information and brand content dynamically, replacing static signage with displays that can be updated as marketing needs change, according to a news release.
The technology also creates advertising inventory within brokerage storefronts, giving participating offices an opportunity to generate revenue from premium brand campaigns.
The partnership allows the firm to “bring that standard to life inside our offices, where digital environments showcase our listings and corporate campaigns with the sophistication our brand demands,” The Agency President Rainy Hake Austin said, adding that it “reflects our continued investment in the tools and technology that set our agents apart, allowing them to better market their business and connect with clients.”
ATTOM bolsters AI data analysis options
ATTOM has announced the introduction of Semantic Views, an offering that enhances the property data the company delivers through Snowflake. The addition brings a layer of business context designed to help organizations review and query ATTOM’s property information and deploy it in AI-powered analytics.
Built with Snowflake’s native Semantic View technology, the new capability enables AI systems to better interpret how information connects. The company has preconfigured that context using its property data curation and standardization expertise, reducing the need for customers to build and maintain those datasets themselves, according to a news release.
This initial rollout of Semantic Views is intended to be the first stage of a continuing development effort, the company said.
This new offering represents “an important evolution in how customers interact with our property data,” ATTOM Chief Product and Technology Officer Todd Teta said. “We’re bringing decades of property data expertise into an environment where AI can better understand and work with that information.”

The agent’s AI assistant can also work on a site’s “navigation, sidebars, footers, website design, settings, and your file browser,” according to a Real Geeks blog post.
Though the agents’ AI tools gain access to their Real Geeks website who remains “in control” of the end product. “AI Connect removes the technical busywork, not your judgment,” the blog post reiterated
Real Geeks Co-founder Kevin McCarthy called the rollout a “game changer” for the industry. “A lot of real estate website tech companies have different AI features, like chatbots and CRM insights, including us,” McCarthy said. “But Real Geeks is the only real estate IDX software out there that you can hook up to your AI agent and have it build or edit web pages for you.”
