Guild Holdings Co., the parent company of Guild Mortgage, sustained a $66.9 million loss in the third quarter of 2024 after delivering a profit of $37 million in the prior quarter. Meanwhile, its origination volume increased to $6.9 billion, up 6% from the second quarter and 49% higher than the same period in 2023.
