Christina Tosi, Milk Bar founder, and Will Guidara, former Eleven Madison Park owner who co-produced season three of The Bear, are selling their three-bedroom condo in Chelsea for $5.895 million. According to city records, the couple bought the apartment at 532 West 20th Street in 2022 for $6 million under the very appropriately named House of Butter, LLC. It was an upgrade from their previous Chelsea apartment that Tosi sold for $4.4 million.

The apartment comes, of course, with a huge kitchen featuring an island built with marble from the “Drama mountains” in Greece.

The living area is a wide-open space that connects to the chef’s kitchen.

The primary bedroom has 11-foot-high ceilings and a walk-in dressing room.

The bathroom comes with a Da Vinci soaking tub that may or may not be filled with cereal milk.

The floor-through that butter (and cereal milk) bought features a south-facing terrace, two walk-in closets, and a freestanding soaking tub. The highlight is, of course, the enormous kitchen, which has a walk-in pantry, Miele appliances, a convection and speed oven, a wine fridge, and a huge island that is built with “honed Volakas marble countertops from the Drama mountains of northern Greece.” It also comes with a private parking space in the building’s residents-only garage but likely not the yellow USM Haller shelving in the living room.
